1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device so it can remember things between page loads and visits — for example your consent choice, or an anonymous statistic about which pages are popular.
2. The cookies we use
We keep our cookie use light and group them into three categories:
- Strictly necessary — required to run the site (for example, remembering your cookie-consent choice for the rest of your visit). These are always on.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used in aggregate so we can improve it. Only set if you accept.
- Marketing / preferences — remember choices to personalise your experience or measure campaigns. Only set if you accept.
3. Your consent
On your first visit we show a banner where you can Accept all or Reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored for the rest of your visit so the banner doesn't reappear as you browse.
4. Controlling cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Every major browser has a help page for this — search for "manage cookies" plus your browser name. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
5. Retention
Session cookies are cleared when you close your browser. Persistent cookies (where used) last up to 12 months unless you clear them sooner.
